My name is Steffie Davis, I'm from Ottawa, Ontario (Canada), and I love Disney. Wow, it sounds as though I am announcing an addiction, and I suppose that is exactly what you could call it. Disney is very important to me- I loved the movies and tv shows when I was younger, my first trip to Disney World in April of 2002 was life-changing. I managed to use my obsessive nature to my advantage with that trip, researching Disney and Walt and Hidden Mickeys and turning it into a project for marks in school.

This past summer, my family again spent 24 hours in a van to and from Florida to visit the mouse. And on this trip, I not only saw the magic of Disney, but I also noticed all the people-- I'm not talking about all the guests, but about all those people who made the magic happen. And I noticed somethings that they all had in common- they were all smiling, and they were all making thousands of other people smile. I realized that there was something here- something I could be involved in. and so I set out to find a job at Disney. Fast forward about six months through the teasing of my friends and past all those people who still think I am kidding, and you'll find me where I am now...

I am leaving on May 25th 2008 for my dream job, working at Disney til August 8. I can't wait!
