Ok, so characters are what everyone thinks of when they think 'Disney', yet somehow this role at WDW seems to be little talked about on the popular forums and such about the International College Program-- maybe because not many people fit the height requirement, maybe to maintain the illusion of the characters, I don't know. Unlike most of the other roles for ICP, there aren't many places to go to find out what to expect, or to ask questions. So I am gunna attempt, as time passes, to relay my experiences and also to post liks of other peoples experiences to help out those in my situation in the future.

One thing I did to pass the time while I was waiting for my phone call was practice character autographs-- slightly pointless as I am certain they give you time to learn them done there, but it kept me amused. I would print off copies of their autographs from http://home.att.net/~disneysue/characters/wdw/disneycharacters.html and then trace them, then practice them on my own.
